The human brain is truly amazing. It can come up with creative and sometimes surprising ways to convey thoughts. It is also the part of the body that’s responsible for coordinating movements. So, from simple tasks, such as writing your name on a piece of paper, to more challenging activities like running obstacle courses, your brain is in charge.
Most of your day-to-day actions feel natural because you have been doing them for as long as you can remember. That’s why it is easy to take your brain powers for granted.
Unfortunately, most people don’t think of their brain health until they reach their 60s or notice certain cognitive changes. As you age, memory loss can happen. But there are many things that you can do for your brain while you are still young.
